Short session just to re-aquaint myself with windsurfing. Lack of fitness & ill health added to the general rustiness, and the chill in the air proved fine excuse for regular breaks.
Shame the tide came up so quick, and the wind turned more onshore, and the rip joined to make it less fun.
All in all, a nice easy bump and jump session to check out how the hernia coped and to get wet generally.
Hopefully squeeze a few more short sessions to iron out the rustiness, and with the man-flu easing hopefully be able to sail bit longer between breathers too.
Good to see U-Surf out in below 10 degreeC conditions too .... if he'd not rocked up I'd have been billy no-mates !!
